INTCO’s Immersive Open Day: A Firsthand Look at Strength and Innovation
In 2025, INTCO Medical and INTCO Recycling launched a nationwide Open Day series across multiple core manufacturing hubs, including Zibo, Qingzhou, Huaibei, Anqing, Jiujiang, Zhenjiang, and Shanghai. More than 600 university students and teachers visited INTCO to gain a close-up understanding of the company’s innovation, scale, and culture.
Visitors explored INTCO’s office area, automated production workshops, R&D centers, and living facilities including dormitories, cafeterias, fitness rooms, and entertainment spaces. Students observed high-speed automated production lines, intelligent logistics systems, and clean, efficient manufacturing processes—witnessing INTCO’s significant achievements in digital transformation, information systems, and green manufacturing.
The modern workplace atmosphere, well-equipped living amenities, and warm, people-centered environment left a strong impression. Many students commented that the visit “completely exceeded their expectations” and “reshaped their perception of what a manufacturing giant can be.”
During the tour, INTCO staff provided detailed explanations of the company’s development history, product lines, global footprint, and innovation progress—offering students a comprehensive view of INTCO’s leadership in medical products and recycling technologies.
Alumni Sharing: Clear Career Paths, Real Growth Stories
In the alumni session, INTCO employees who graduated from various universities shared honest and relatable career stories. They described their journey from university life to professional growth, highlighting key turning points, learning experiences, and opportunities at INTCO.
Some alumni shared how they advanced to project leadership roles within a year, while others described becoming versatile talents through cross-functional training and role rotation.
