INTCO YOUNG Program 2025 Officially Launched

    On July 2, 2025, the INTCO YOUNG Program 2025 was officially launched. More than 600 fresh graduates from across the country gathered at INTCO’s two major bases—Zibo, Shandong, and Huaibei, Anhui—to embark on an exciting new chapter: their very first job. Centered around the theme “ To Be a Better Self ”,  this year’s program aims to help young talents transition into the workplace, enhance their capabilities, and create real value—turning dreams into action.

    During the opening ceremony, Ms. Tian Tingting, INTCO’s Head of Human Resources, delivered a heartfelt keynote with her “dual identity.” As the company’s HR leader, she introduced the design and objectives of the YOUNG Program in detail. As a former YOUNG member herself 16 years ago, she also shared her personal growth journey from a fresh graduate to a senior executive. She offered three key pieces of advice to the new employees:

     

    Shift Your Mindset: Embrace the transition from student to professional and enhance your understanding of workplace value.

     

    Adopt the Right Attitude: Step out of your comfort zone, embrace change, and seek growth.

     

    Collaborate as a Team: Learn to work in synergy, pursue win-win outcomes, and develop the spirit of empowering others.

     

    She encouraged every participant to face challenges bravely, become a better version of themselves, and realize their full potential on INTCO’s platform.

     

    The INTCO YOUNG Program is a core talent development initiative designed specifically for recent university graduates. Spanning three years, the program is divided into three phases: onboarding and learning, departmental skills training, and excellence cultivation. These stages align with five core development goals: cultural integration, professionalization, team spirit building, advanced skill development, and accelerated excellence. Covering multiple dimensions—including cognition, competency, literacy, and potential—the program is committed to cultivating each participant into a versatile talent for the future workforce.

    INTCO Medical has always placed great emphasis on building a strong talent pipeline. The successful implementation of the YOUNG Program relies on close collaboration at all levels. From trainees, mentors, and line managers to HR teams and senior executives, everyone plays a critical role in nurturing the participants, forming a comprehensive and empowering training ecosystem.     In the coming four-day orientation camp, participants will engage in executive face-to-face meetings, on-site factory tours, and culture-building sessions. These activities will help deepen their understanding of INTCO’s development journey and core values, enhancing their sense of belonging and mission. They will also undergo systematic training on workplace etiquette, safety protocols, and general workplace skills to support a smooth transition from student life to a professional career.
