This marks the fifth time she has been honored on the list, demonstrating her outstanding leadership capabilities and strong influence within the industry.
The Forbes China Top 100 Businesswomen ranking focuses on female executives of listed companies in China, female leaders of multinational corporations operating in China, and female founders of unicorn companies. Candidates are evaluated through a comprehensive analysis of multiple indicators, including business performance, capital market influence, market scale, industry impact, and innovation capability. From thousands of candidates, 100 outstanding businesswomen are selected each year.

Through technological innovation and large-scale manufacturing capabilities, the company continues to inject new momentum into the development of the healthcare industry.
Beyond business growth, June Chen has also long advocated for women’s professional development. She actively promotes a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture within the company. Today, more women at INTCO Medical are playing important roles in areas such as technology research and development, global marketing, and production management.
By the end of 2024, women accounted for 60.23% of INTCO Medical’s workforce. Within the company’s management structure, women represented 33.60% of leadership roles (including junior, mid-level, and senior management), with 22.70% of executive positions held by women.
